To mitigate disappointments, we will check thru the goods before delivery.  However, should there be any issues as mentioned, please email to us at gogoapps01@gmail.com within 3 days from date of receiving the goods by furnishing the following details:

  1. a) Name & contact number
  2. b) Invoice number
  3. c) Name and quantity of products with issues.
  4. d) Photos of the products with issues

Sorry for any inconvenience caused. If your order is delayed, kindly track your order with the tracking number given as our courier delivery differs based on location. If your orders has not been delivered yet, please contact us as soon as possible.

Upon receiving order confirmation, your order will be processed on the next business day. The delivery lead time will take between 2 to 7 days, depending on the location
